Love my new deck! All we started with was a concept. Ben listened to what we wanted, looked at pictures we had taken of designs we liked, and then handled every step of the project. He was on site every day, doing much of the work himself, and the level of detail in his work is simply amazing. We had no previous experience of working with a contractor, so selecting one was hard for us, and we really didn't have a point of reference or know what to expect. I'm hoping someone else can put this review to use and know that when you select Ben and Balustrade, you are in good hands! We look forward to working with Ben and Balustrade for other projects.
