BIO
Hi! I'm Ben Chaney, the founder of BCM Builders, owned by Balustrade Construction Management LLC. We're an award winning builder in central Idaho serving the needs of quality-minded clients and would be happy to discuss the possibilities of helping you build your legacy - no matter how small or large the project.
Born and raised in north central Idaho, as a young man I honed my craft in Colorado where among other legacy projects I was on the team that built a large log and timber framed resort. I returned to my home state to eventually establish my own company.
Since establishing the company in 2014, we've been blessed and honored with such projects as building the timber framed bandstand cover at the Latah County Fairgrounds which has had a positive impact on the entire community. Among other projects, we completely restored one of the few clinker brick homes in the area located in the historic Fort Russell district of Moscow, Idaho. We also helped renovate another historic home. More recently we spent more than 3 years building a family legacy ranch in Harvard, Idaho including the ranch entry, two-story guest house, well house, chapel, and of course, the ranch house which has been described by some in the trade as the most beautiful home they've had the pleasure of working on. Currently, one of our projects is building another family legacy ranch in the Harvard area.
I take great pleasure in helping my clients envision the possibilities, develop their plans and budget, and in most cases complete the project from start to finish. Since I personally oversee our operations, when you call during business hours, if I'm not available I am probably meeting the needs of our existing clients. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
